Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The role includes managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, developing tailored solutions for clients using Insight Genesis - IGAi's platform, and collaborating with internal teams to provide an exceptional customer experience. The Account Executive will also provide feedback to drive product advancement and contribute to the overall business strategy.

  • Strong experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of AI, data analytics, and related technologies; ability to articulate high-level business and technical value to clients
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software to track progress and manage pipelines effectively
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not required)
  • Previous experience in selling enterprise solutions or working with clients in industries like finance, education, healthcare, or HR is a plus
