Job responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounts, including AP, staff claims, update daily cash flow and perform bank transfers
- Prepare monthly/quarterly bank reconciliations, revaluation, GST filing, and audit schedules.
- Support month-end and year-end closings, including doing reports, schedules, and financial analysis.
- Assist with year-end audits.
- Assist in preparation and submission of corporate tax statutory reports in line with regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist in administrative duties.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma / Degree holder in Finance / Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years related working experiences in Accounting.
- Preferably with experience with the software Microsoft BC365 and/or experience in logistics/warehousing business
- Able to work independently, a team player and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable in handling high volume work in fast paced environment.
- Detailed and meticulous.
