Responsibilities:
- Research and pursue new business opportunities within the IT solutions space.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
- Understand client requirements, present product solutions, and provide accurate sales quotations.
- Lead contract discussions, negotiate terms, and close sales successfully.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consistent outreach and client engagement.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams (technical support, product development) to deliver seamless solutions.
- Offer consultative support to help clients improve their IT infrastructure and operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in IT sales or business solutions sales.
- Genuine interest in technology, IT solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or system integration.
- Awareness of current industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Practical and business-savvy mindset with attention to detail.
- Solid telephone, face-to-face personal skills, presentation, and time management skills.
