Key Responsibilities
Client & Campaign Support
. Support the development of digital media plans, proposals, and presentations for advertising campaigns.
. Assist with campaign setup, coordination, and execution across internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Campaign Management, and Ad Operations.
. Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered according to client objectives and timelines.
. Communicate with clients to support campaign implementation, updates, and reporting.
. Assist with post-campaign analysis, reporting, and insights.
Digital Strategy & Planning
. Support the creation of digital marketing strategies and media recommendations.
. Conduct research on digital media trends, audience insights, and platform performance to inform proposals.
. Contribute to brainstorming and ideation with sales and marketing teams.
Social Media Campaign Support
. Assist with planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely campaign delivery.
. Track campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
KOL & Influencer Engagement
. Support the identification and outreach of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) / influencers for campaign collaborations.
. Assist with coordination of influencer partnerships including briefing, timelines, and deliverables.
. Help track campaign performance and engagement metrics for influencer activities.
Client Relationship Support
. Maintain strong relationships with agency and direct brand clients through consistent communication.
. Provide day-to-day support for client requests and campaign updates.
. Ensure a high level of service and responsiveness across all client interactions.
Requirements
Experience
. 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, digital marketing, social media, or account management at a publisher, agency, marketing firm, or ad tech company.
. Experience supporting digital campaigns or social media campaigns is preferred.
. Exposure to influencer or KOL marketing is a plus.
Skills
. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Technical Skills
. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, campaign reporting tools, or workflow systems is a plus.
Language Requirement
. Strong command of English and Business Mandarin (written and spoken) is required, as this role will work closely with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
Education
. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
