Job Scope
Be responsible for the day-to-day transaction processing of the Sales, Purchase and Nominal Ledger and Accounting to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the accounting records, including the following:
. Maintaining accounting and related records
. Timely preparation and closing of accounts
. Completing the periodic and annual audit
. Ensuring accurate input of the data in Accounting Software
. Ensure payments are checked, verified, authorised and approved
. Prepare Bank Reconciliation (prepare payment & monitoring the receipts)
. Handling the Petty cash payment
. Preparing Quotation/PO & Invoice to customer
. Processing expense claims after review
. Support and advise project team on financial & accounting matters
. Review and implementation of accounting procedures and policies
. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Cover for the Account & Admin Manager in case of absence, carry-out other tasks that can be reasonably expected from this role,handle general office tasks as needed.
Admin
Job Scope
. Process good organization, communication and peoples's skills
. Support daily office operations with general administrative and clerical tasks.
. Manage supply of stationery and other office supplies. Such as post, deliveries,couriers & etc.
. Coordinate the travel arrangements for office on their travel arrangements and logistics (bookings, visa applications, invitations letters)
. Any ad-hoc admin duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Accounting .
Min. 3 years finance/accounting and/or reporting experience.
Experienced in using Quikbook Accounting Software is preferred.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Excel.
handling the full set of accounts preferred.
Reliable, professional in manner and appearance, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate a willingness to assume increased responsibilities as his/her tenure lengthens.
