You will assist the Manager, Client Services in planning, organising and directing all client's requirements to ensure that business goals and objectives are met.

Ensure that effective delivery of system implementation and ticketing-related services to the show promoters and venue owners for both local and regional accounts
Build and maintain client satisfaction and loyalty
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation and operations
Ensure that client and ticket buyer's feedback are actively looked into and addressed
Ensure that the quality performance of staff through regular feedback, coaching, and monitoring of KPIs etc
Increase Productivity and Operational efficiency . Prepare, manage, and administer the department's operation budget
Ensure proper management of finance regulations, audits and SOPs
Management of staff in line with the company staff policy and procedures
Preparing monthly performance reports of client activities and results for management meetings
Adhoc project management
Any other roles as assigned
Job Requirement
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Event Management
Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in client servicing / customer service coordination
Conversant with Microsoft Office
Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Team Player
Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels and work independently with minimal supervision
Able to work during event timing if the need is required (at night and weekends)
