Job Description:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships built on trust and results.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads through networking, referrals, and inbound/outbound efforts.
  • Understand clients business objectives, challenges, and brand direction proactively propose APEX solutions that align with their goals.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and consistent delivery excellence.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams - including Events, Productions, Digital, and Creatives - to ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
  • Manage project progress, budgets, and timelines, identifying potential risks early and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and reviews for clients.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell APEX services within existing accounts (e.g., converting an events client into a digital or retainer engagement).
  • Assist in developing and executing business proposals, pitches, and presentations for new and existing clients.
  • Support contract negotiations and deal closures where applicable.
  • Gather and share client insights and feedback to help refine APEX's offerings and service quality.
  • Provide consistent account performance reports and updates to the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years in account management, client servicing, or marketing/advertising agency role.
  • Prior exposure to events, media production, or digital marketing projects is highly preferred.
  • Ability to adapt and be initiative at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong documenting skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile.
  • Client-first attitude with a proactive, problem-solving approach.Strong work commitment..
