You'll be working with a fun team to apply strategic and creative thinking and skills on platforms, campaigns and service projects integrating brand, experience and technology for the connected age.
You will help make an impact across multiple platforms and media channels and be involved with our wonderful clients brands, missions, and goals. Therefore, we are on the lookout for a passionate person ready to multitask, manage, and coordinate creative, communications and content.
On any given day you might call on to
- Foster good communications relationship with client
- Provide the development of strategic plans that will grow client business as well as generate incremental billings and revenue
- Participate in client presentations and makes other contacts that will strengthen the agency/client relationship
- Oversee implementation of tactical plans
- Oversee the planning process assessment, situation analysis, brand planning and development of strategic direct marketing plans
- Manage client priorities and ensure communication with internal teams to ensure right resource is deployed to deliver
- Oversee the scheduling and flow of work from the team
- Review each client account's profitability with the management periodically Work with all departments on strategy, research and results measurement
- Conduct regular meetings with the account team and relevant members of other services to discuss client problems, opportunities, and work in progress
The ideal person
- Has good public speaking skills and experience
- Can foster strong, collaborative working interdisciplinary teams
- Has systematic/site/campaign launch experience
- Has good analytical approaches to solve digital/interactive/marketing problems
- Can define solutions that generate measurable results for our clients
- Has a proven track record of successfully managing business accounts/brands
- Has experience with various projects types, including web, mobile, video, brand, social, and strategic consulting
- Exhibits a passion for digital marketing and the creative process
- Has a track record of multitasking in a fast-paced creative environment
You bring
- at least 1 year of working experience in a client or customer services/ account or project management capacity (however, fresh graduates are welcome too)
