Account Director

Are you an experienced Account Director, with some exposure to events production We are looking for an experienced Account Director, who will be working with a very successful & talented global experiential agency and team.

You'll be working closely with the global team and agency partners to execute exceptional business briefs, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and retain the assigned account by identifying new opportunities.
• Develop strategic, compelling proposals aligned with client needs.
• Able to add creative flair to briefs.
• Build strong client relationships with clear and timely communication.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead client calls, debriefs, and performance reviews.
• Use data insights to optimize future projects.
• Oversee budgeting, approvals, and financial reconciliations.
• Address and resolve client billing issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative solutions.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for impactful campaign ideas.

About You

• A proactive, hands-on Account Director, with a positive attitude.
• Experience in Events production is preferred.
• A strong communicator who adapts to different audiences.
• A strategic thinker with financial acumen.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Your Experience

• 8+ years in events and experiential marketing at a global or regional agency.
• Event Agency experience a bonus.
