About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Director to join our corporate sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving advertising and marketing solutions across our full suite of media platforms - including print, digital, online, and events.
You will prospect and manage accounts, with a focus on clients within the Real Estate Sector, and collaborate closely with developers and internal teams to deliver tailored media and marketing solutions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in consultative media sales, is adept at navigating complex client organisations, and upholds the highest standards of sales integrity and client trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and close advertising and marketing solution deals to grow sales revenue.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on the Real Estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, including C-level executives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, marketing, and design teams.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution and ensure timely delivery in partnership with internal support teams.
- Meet and exceed assigned KPIs and sales targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively position EdgeProp Singapore's unique value proposition.
- Maintain high standards of ethical sales practices and professionalism in all client interactions.
Who are we looking for
- Minimum3-4 years of experience in media or advertising sales, preferably in online media or Real Estate.
- Strong consultative selling background with a history of exceeding revenue targets.
- Skilled in account development, upselling, and managing long-term client relationships.
- Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
- Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM tools, with Salesforce experience being an advantage.
- Demonstrates integrity, transparency, and responsibility in all sales practices.
- To keep up to date with market and competitor developments with the ability to confidently offer EdgeProp Singapore's value proposition
- Prior experience of CRM and Salesforce is an added advantage
