Main client contact point for the global account covering social, CRM, always-on tacticals for APAC and EMEA
Working with cross-functional team of PM, SAE, social media manager, content team, creatives, CRM tech specialist and data strategist to deliver to existing scope and ensure quality of deliverables and smooth operations
Working with strategy, account lead and various subject matter experts to identify new opportunities to grow the account, and taking lead on pulling together proposals and scopes
Managing day-to-day ops of running WIPs, timelines, scoping, booking of resources and rounds of QC to ensure smooth deliveries
Translating client requests into briefs and identifying right team for it
Managing accounts finances and admin, together with SAE
Client relationship building and management
Primarily working with marketing team at client side, but may occasionally need to talk to data engineers and tech vendors to work out issues or new briefs
Steering internal team based on vision for the account
Role will service one key global account, supported by an account lead and SAE
Role is primarily focused on managing and growing one global account, with possibility to expand to include more accounts / projects where relevant or possible
Someone with good accounts servicing instincts and eloquence to chat up any clients, not necessarily a tech AD
Based in Singapore
Experience
7-10 years of accounts management experience at a networked agency, with several years as lead managing global or regional accounts
Familiar with multi-region needs and complexities
Worked on a spread of campaign driven projects, always-on programmes, tech and data-led projects
Worked on social content calendaring, CRM programmes
Not necessary to have deep tech knowledge, but will need to have a baseline understanding of martech stack and how they serve the marketing
Has clear experience running projects with strong project management skills
Has demonstrated experience in organic account growth and cross-sell agency capabilities
