I am currently working with a fintech firm and they are looking for a Account Director to join their team. Here are some R&Rs for the role:
Build relationships with current and new stakeholders across your APAC territory, understanding their priorities, how they plan to use relevant technologies, who controls budgets, who makes decisions, and how internal processes are structured.
Take full ownership of activities that cultivate prospects and strengthen existing client partnerships. This includes maintaining feedback loops and creating opportunities for referrals, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and overall account growth.
Develop and execute strategic territory plans that align with company revenue goals, retention targets, and new business objectives-ensuring ongoing discovery of new opportunities in the market.
Deepen subjectmatter expertise across the company's product suite and customer verticals to elevate every part of the sales motion, from demos and trials to advisory discussions and innovation-focused sessions.
Actively collect and synthesize customer feedback, prioritizing it effectively and representing customer needs internally.
Build a portfolio of satisfied customers who can advocate for the company, provide referrals, and offer valuable insights to help shape future improvements.
