About The Role And The Team
We are seeking an
Account Director to join our Revenue & Operations team in Sydney. In this role, you will report to the Managing Director, APAC and be responsible for managing, growing, and retaining a profitable portfolio of medium-to-large clients. You'll be expected to understand your customers needs, anticipate challenges, and develop strategies to achieve aligned outcomes. By thinking strategically and planning ahead, you'll help drive broader business goals.
Additionally, you will manage Adform resources efficiently to meet customer objectives, identify upselling opportunities, and maximize profitability.

- Understand your customers business, needs, and decision-making processes, positioning Adform as their ideal partner.
- Drive Adform's success by retaining and growing relationships and upselling to increase product deployment.
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle, bringing in the right Adform resources at the right time to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify customer needs and shape Adform-supported solutions to maximize value and opportunities.
- Run impactful QBRs, engaging clients in strategic discussions to align on goals.
- Create opportunities, and manage resources, to ensure customer's profitability.
- Confidently communicate Adform's strategy, thought leadership, use cases, and innovations.

- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and present effectively.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, programmatic media-buying, tools, and the competitive landscape with ability to leverage USPs against competitors.
- Strong communication skills in native language and English, with a customer-focused attitude and ability to simplify technical details.
- Ability to set clear goals with customers and leadership, aligning them with strategy and proactively solving challenges.
- A proactive, flexible, autonomous, and collaborative approach, focusing on knowledge sharing and team engagement across the business.
- Advanced experience of Salesforce, Gainsight or other CRM and CMS systems.
