Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly rental and utility billings for tenants
  • Handle a full set of accounts for multiple entities
  • Overseeing the full spectrum of payroll activities, including processing monthly payroll and statutory submissions
  • Perform month-end closing and ensure timely financial reporting to management
  • Prepare financial and management reports, including consolidation, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations
  • Handle annual tax filings and quarterly GST submissions
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents
  • Support ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting & HR experience
  • Experience in handling full set of accounts is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with MYOB accounting software
  • Familiar with MOM, GST and tax regulations
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
