Job Responsiilities :
Key Responsibilities
Accounting:
Handle full set of accounts independently.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Process invoices, payments, receipts, and staff claims.
Prepare GST submissions and assist with audit and year-end closing.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and the corporate secretary.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Human Resources:
Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions.
Handle leave records, attendance, IR8A, and employee claims.
Support recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain accurate employee records.
Handle work pass matters, insurance, and general HR administration.
Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment regulations and MOM requirements.
Requirements
O/A/Diploma in Accounting.
Min 5-year related Construction working experience.
Preferably with experience in Autocount accounting Premium Ver 1.8 and Info-Tech Cloud HRMS will be an advantage
Effective communication & interpersonal skills and able to interact well with various person
