Job Description

Job Responsiilities :

Key Responsibilities

Accounting:

  • Handle full set of accounts independently.

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

  • Process invoices, payments, receipts, and staff claims.

  • Prepare GST submissions and assist with audit and year-end closing.

  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and the corporate secretary.

  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

Human Resources:

  • Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions.

  • Handle leave records, attendance, IR8A, and employee claims.

  • Support recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.

  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain accurate employee records.

  • Handle work pass matters, insurance, and general HR administration.

  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment regulations and MOM requirements.

Requirements

O/A/Diploma in Accounting.

Min 5-year related Construction working experience.

Preferably with experience in Autocount accounting Premium Ver 1.8 and Info-Tech Cloud HRMS will be an advantage

Effective communication & interpersonal skills and able to interact well with various person
