. Enter transactions accurately into accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks).
. Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting and reconciliation.
. Handling Petty Cash
. Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office stationery, equipment and facilities.
. To maintain and assist in all company inventories such as salon, spa and office.
. Preparation, maintaining, filing the documents, vouchers, including employment contracts, offer contracts and other office operation and finance related materials
. Administer leave, attendance and claim ensuring accurate and timely processing (Knowledge in Infotech is advantageous)
. Any ad hoc duties assigned.
Key Skills & Qualifications
. Meticulous, organized, and detail oriented.
. Good command of English and communication skills.
. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Relevant experience work pass application/ cancellation process.
. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm.
