Job Description

Job Summary

We are a dynamic telecommunications company expanding operations and urgently seeking a skilled individual with at least 2 years of experience managing accounts payable/accounts receivable and full set of accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
  • Prepare and maintain full set of accounts to support financial reporting and compliance
  • Perform administrative tasks to support accounting operations and enhance workflow efficiency
  • Run weekly / monthly performance reports to management
  • Do stock-take on inventories
  • Any other ad-hoc admin duties
