Roles & Responsibilities:
. Handle partial of accounts
. Handle of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & Petty Cash
. Collect, monitor and update customer's outstanding payments.
. Process Payment to Vendors.
. Maintain files, reports and records updated
. Handle HR functions such as attendance, staff leave records and staffs claims.
. Perform daily administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company
. Able to write / speak HuaYu in order to assist queries and to communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates.
Requirements:
. Min Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
. Min 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting
. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
