Job Title: Accounts cum Admin Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and committed Accounts cum Admin Executive to support the daily operations of our property management office. The candidate will assist in accounting, administrative coordination, and office support duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting functions, including data entry, invoicing, receipts, and payment processing
- Prepare statements of accounts and assist in arrears follow-up
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
- Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and correspondences
- Coordinate with vendors, residents, contractors, and clients on administrative matters
- Support day-to-day office operations and general admin duties
- Assist management team in project coordination and scheduling of meetings
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N / O Level, Diploma, or equivalent
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to work independently and multi-task
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
- Prior experience in property management/accounting/admin work will be an advantage
