Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Platform Bookkeeping: Manage and maintain accurate financial records across various accounting ecosystem while ensuring traditional precision.
- Compliance Support: Assist with regulatory filings, tax submissions, and corporate computations to ensure full adherence to statutory standards.
- Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements with a focus on financial integrity.
- Systems Integration: Facilitate the transition of financial data between different platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy in a digital-first environment.
- Audit Readiness: Support the team in preparing schedules and documentation for periodic audits, acting as a bridge between raw data and finalized reports.
Requirements
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Prior internship experience in an accounting firm is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). A natural aptitude for learning new cloud-based financial software is essential.
- Attributes: High level of integrity, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of bookkeeping across diverse platforms.
- Language: Able to speak in English and Mandarin. This is because need to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
