Job description

. Attending to daily accounting records and ensure all documents are properly filed and maintained.

. Issuance of payment vouchers, preparation of cheques and other payments such as telegraphic transfer.

. Checking and posting of invoices.

. Key in and updating daily collections.

. Monthly reconciliations

. Documents filings

. Any other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, professional certificate in LCCI or equivalent.

. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
