Account Assistant (Temp 6 months)
Job Scope:
Review and verify all reimbursement and payment transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Verify and match sales invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders, ensuring proper documentation and filing in the system.
Prepare and issue sales invoices to customers in accordance with established procedures.
Prepare Ageing report and regular follow up on outstanding payments
Record and process payments and receipts accurately within the accounting system.
Maintain up-to-date bank records, perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare, update, and maintain credit limit documentation, including new applications and amendment requests.
Update and maintain accounting systems, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.
Prepare month end reports.
Maintain proper filing and organization of financial records.
Any other duties as delegated by your superior.
Job Requirement:
Diploma in Accountancy
Min 1-2 years of relevant experience
Experience in accounting software (Autocount) will be an advantage
Meticulous, detailed, full of initiative
Can work independently with minimum guidance
Comfortable to work in SME environment
Can start work immediately is highly preferred
