This full-time Account Assistant role at Singa Signage & Design Exhibit Pte Ltd offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing design and manufacturing company in the East Region. As the bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's accounting processes.
What you'll be doing
- Performing general bookkeeping duties such as recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collection
- Preparing and filing tax returns and other regulatory financial reports
- Payroll
What we're looking for
- Singaporean AND Permanent Resident only
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role
- Strong proficiency in using accounting software, such as MYOB
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
