Job Description

  • 5 Days work week: 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Medical and Dental benefits
  • Transport provided in various locations

A leading 3PL logistics company is looking for an Account Assistant to:

  • Verify cheques received against sales invoices to ensure accuracy of collection.
  • Bank in collection within second working days of receipt.
  • Prepare billing for miscellaneous charges and recovery
  • In-charge of Account receivables
  • Assist in AR invoicing
  • In-charge of monthly prepayment schedule
  • In-charge of monthly packing inventory schedule
  • Assist in AP entry
  • Assist in fixed assets sighting
  • Assist in inventory count process
  • Assist in monthly and yearly closing
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma/LCCI Certificate
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred in a Warehouse/Logistic industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP
  • Initiative and willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently
  • Must be willing to work in Pioneer area
  • Able to commit to overtime as and when required
