The Accounts Assistant assists the Accountant in head office for all finance-related operation.
Job Requirement:-
- Diploma in Accountancy or Diploma in Business Administration or euqivalant
- Proactive,Committed and a team player
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure
- Minimum 2 Years experience
- 5 days working per week
- Working Hour 8.30am-6.15pm
Job Description:-
- Run day-to-day operations related to accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare calculation of GST every month and submite GST Three month once
- Prepare Payment Voucher every month
- Prepare end month & end year closing
- Handle every month bank reconcillation
- Responsible for Invoice and Delivery Order
- Assist in filling and other administrative works
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word
- Prepare and Calculate Staff Payroll
- Prepare payment to Local Supplier and Oversea Supplier
- Handle CPF submission
- Prepare staff IR8A
- Attend to ad-hoc duties assigned
