Job Description

  • Daily update on all payment received and matching with invoices in accounting system
  • Daily merchants settlement including Nets and Credit Cards
  • Assist relationship manager on customer payment via credicard for pre-payment transactions
  • Recording for daily cash & cheque received. Cheque scanning into company shared drive & dropping cheques
  • COD / Trade account creation
  • Reminding of customers/relationship manager for overdue invoices
  • Preparation of CTC invoices and account related matters to customer whenever customer/Relationship Manager are requesting
  • Monthly reconciliation of Redmart, Zalora, Amazon and NTUC matching
