Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update outstanding payments, collections, and recoveries
  • Handle daily payments and receipts
  • Review and process invoices, assist in vendor payments, and resolve discrepancies
  • Perform monthly bank and credit line reconciliation
  • Support month-end closing and prepare balance sheet schedules
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum N Level or O Level qualification
  • No experience required OR Entry Level - training will be provided
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only
