Job Summary
Manage accounts receivable processes and support finance operations to optimize cash flow and ensure accurate financial reporting within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Issue invoices and follow up on outstanding customer payments to optimize cash flow and reduce receivables aging
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to maintain accurate customer accounts
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain financial data integrity and enable timely financial reporting
- Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards
- Manage email correspondence related to finance operations to facilitate effective communication and timely issue resolution
- Execute general administrative tasks to support overall office efficiency and enhance finance team operations
- Complete ad-hoc finance-related assignments to improve the finance team's operational effectiveness and support business needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- O Level with accounting knowledge, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable experience in accounts payable or full set of accounting roles is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software applications to support accurate financial processing and reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision to ensure consistent delivery of finance functions
