Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a full set of accounts
  • Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare and issue invoices and receipts monitor collections
  • Process approved supplier invoices and prepare payments
  • Maintain proper financial records and supporting documentation
  • Prepare monthly P&L statements and balance sheets
  • Prepare event-level P&L breakdowns where required
  • Support the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Liaise with external auditors and assist with audit and tax submissions
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting and regulatory requirements
  • Support corporate secretarial matters, including regulatory filings with ACRA
  • Maintain statutory registers and monitor compliance deadlines
  • Coordinate with external corporate secretarial service providers where required

Requirements

  • At least 3 years relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Proven experience managing a full set of accounts independently
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB or similar)
  • Meticulous, organised and dependable
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with Singapore corporate secretarial matters (e.g. ACRA filings, statutory compliance) will be an advantage
