About the Role_ Account Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support our finance team with daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and familiar with Singapore accounting practices and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and retails receipts
  • Submission of redeemed Mall Vouchers
  • Posting/Printing/Distribution of wholesale invoices
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • Carry out regular monthly and year end shop inventory audit on retail shops
  • Perform any day-to-day ad-hoc general accounting duties as and when required

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred (Entry-level candidates may be considered)
  • Some practical experience in working with Accounts Book keeping is an advantage
  • Computer literate and familiar with MS Office applications & EPB (Oracle base ERP system)
  • Must have a positive attitude, meticulous, responsible and good team player
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
