Job Description

The role is afull-time permanent position based in Singapore, as an Account and OperationsExecutive you will report directly to the General Manager (South East Asia andTaiwan).

You will workclosely with the UK Finance Team and will be fully responsible for assisting inall financial matters regarding Henry Bath Asia as well as supporting otherregional operations. You will be expected to help meet corporate reportingrequirements as well as supporting with day to day operations in Singapore.

The role willhave significant interaction with clients and suppliers, as well as all HenryBath operational staff across the world.

What wouldyou do as our Account and Operations Executive

. Customer liaison to ensure prompt receipt of payments

. Assisting with preparation of the monthly, quarterly and Year endprocess

. Maintenance of the prepayment schedule, fixed asset register andbank reconciliations

. Day-to-day liaison with key service providers, regardinginvoicing, payments and other key documentation

. Coding and checking of purchase invoices and the preparation ofpayments to suppliers

. Actively supporting month end procedures and providing informationto the accounts team

. Reconciliation of supplier and customer invoices

. Assisting with and co-ordinating documents and information forinternal and external audits

. A range of operations work as required to assist the GeneralManager (South East Asia and Taiwan)

Who you are

You are comfortableworking within a corporate environment with experience in supporting companypolicies and procedures locally and bridging different nationalities /cultureswithin the team and suppliers both locally and internationally. You are wellorganised and are focused on detail, accuracy and deadlines.

Experience& Skills

. A minimum of two years experience in accounting team

. Strong administrative skills with an ability to pick up tasksswiftly from instructions and work accurately

. Ability to communication with stakeholders and has a friendly andapproachable manner

. Team player who can work collaboratively within a team to maximiseteam and individual performance

. Able to demonstrate clear, effective oral and writtencommunications

. MS-Excel to intermediate level as required minimum standard, withgeneral proficiency for IT based reporting skills
