Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account & Admin Exec to manage billing and invoices. This role involves preparing and processing invoices, managing records, and ensuring accurate and timely billing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices accurately to ensure timely billing
- Maintain and update accurate billing and HR records for compliance and reference
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments to improve cash flow
- Resolve billing discrepancies by investigating and correcting errors promptly
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry, to support office operations
- Schedule and plan training courses for workers to ensure compliance and skills development
- Handle monthly foreign worker-related duties such as applying for and renewing Work Permits, S Passes, Employment Passes, levy waivers, and employee contract renewals
- Use Microsoft Office and billing software (e.g., Autocount, MYOB) proficiently to manage billing and administrative tasks
- Organize and maintain proper filing of HR documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
- Apply strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least Secondary School/O Level/A Level or equivalent education
- Previous experience in administrative or billing roles
