Job Description

Monitors Accounts Receivables and Payables and reconciliation of payments and accruals
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements include cash flow, profit and loss statement and balance sheets
Inventory monitoring and management, including monthly stock take
Issuance of invoices, monthly reconciliation of sub-ledger to general Ledger and preparation of intercompanies statement
Responsible for monthly financial closing processes
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Meet financial accounting objectives
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Perform accounting analysis.
