Job Description:
- Sourcing and quotations
- Coordinate with property agents, tenants and sub-contractor
- Incoming/ outgoing emails, filing of documents, staff salary, CPF submission and GST reporting
- Bookkeeping, purchase invoice, preparing payment and account reconciliation with statements
- Any other ad hoc tasks as required by management
- Familiar with MYOB
- MCST experience preferred
- Possess at least diploma
- At least 1 year of account experience
- PR/ Singaporean only
