Job Description

Job Summary

You will manage accounts receivable transactions, verify invoices, prepare monthly statements and aging reports, and provide essential accounting and administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents accurately to maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records
  • Prepare monthly account statements and aging reports to support financial tracking and decision-making
  • Enter financial and administrative data into systems with precision to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Organize and maintain filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval of financial and administrative documents
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding accounts and transactions to support effective communication
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Manage assigned tasks independently to meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Requirement

  • 2-3 years of experience performing accounting or administrative duties, preferably in the foodstuffs industry
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications to execute daily tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion
