Job Summary
You will manage accounts receivable transactions, verify invoices, prepare monthly statements and aging reports, and provide essential accounting and administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
- Verify and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents accurately to maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records
- Prepare monthly account statements and aging reports to support financial tracking and decision-making
- Enter financial and administrative data into systems with precision to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Organize and maintain filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval of financial and administrative documents
- Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding accounts and transactions to support effective communication
- Collaborate with team members to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Manage assigned tasks independently to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Requirement
- 2-3 years of experience performing accounting or administrative duties, preferably in the foodstuffs industry
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications to execute daily tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion
