Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Handling full AR module in accounting system
  • Generate invoice & manage timely collection from customer
  • Prepare and maintain weekly invoice listing report
  • Assist in Letter of credit (LC) issuance, Bank Guarantee (BG) issuance & updating Trust Receipt (TR) Schedules
  • Classify expense code and post staff reimbursement claims in the accounting system
  • Support in annual audit preparation and related documentation
  • Prepare progress claims, update delivery order and maintain the project claims tracker
  • At hoc assignments assigned by manager

Requirements :-

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting (LCCI) and above
  • 2 - 4 years accounting experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
