Job Summary
You will join a vibrant açaí café team, managing daily operations including food preparation, customer service, cashiering, and outlet maintenance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare açaí bowls, beverages, and toppings consistently to company standards
- Deliver friendly and engaging customer service to enhance customer experience
- Operate cashier and basic POS systems accurately for sales transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet throughout operating hours
- Assist with stock replenishment and conduct simple inventory checks to support smooth operations
- Support daily opening and closing duties to ensure readiness and security of the outlet
- Roast granola and assist in basic food preparation tasks as needed
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- WSQ Food Hygiene Level 1 certification preferred
- Prior food and beverage (F&B) experience is advantageous but not required
