We are seeking an Academy Operations & Student Services Executive to drive efficient training operations, enforce Standard Operating Procedures for compliance, and manage student services from enquiry through course completion to deliver a positive learner experience.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures to ensure operational and regulatory compliance within the academy
- Manage student enquiry follow-ups to maximize enrolment conversion rates
- Coordinate enrolment processes to facilitate smooth student onboarding
- Oversee student progress tracking and support through course completion to enhance learner satisfaction
- Collaborate with training teams to support seamless training operations and resolve operational issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student services and training activities
