About the Role
Our Client is looking for warm, proactive and customer-focused Academy Experience Executives to be part of our academy team.
You will be the key point of contact for our students and parents, ensuring they receive a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey from their first enquiry and enrolment to lesson coordination and ongoing engagement.
This is a hands-on, people-oriented role suited to someone who enjoys interacting with families, solving problems and working in a dynamic education environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and students, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and in-person interactions.
- Support student enquiries, trial lessons, enrolments, renewals and transfers.
- Follow up with prospective families and assist in converting enquiries into enrolments.
- Build strong relationships with parents to encourage student retention and long-term engagement.
- Coordinate lesson schedules, make-up classes, teacher availability and other student-related arrangements.
- Work closely with teachers and academy teams to ensure a smooth learning experience for students.
- Handle parent feedback and concerns professionally, taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance and administrative information.
- Monitor student attendance and engagement, proactively following up where necessary.
- Support academy sales and enrolment targets through effective follow-ups and customer engagement.
- Assist with academy events, student activities, promotions and outreach initiatives.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and operational gaps, and suggest improvements to enhance the overall student experience.
- Support the Academy Manager with day-to-day academy operations and other duties when required.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, education, enrichment, hospitality, retail or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage parents, students and teachers.
- Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to create a positive experience for families.
- Comfortable handling customer concerns, managing expectations and resolving issues.
- Comfortable with sales conversations, follow-ups and enrolment targets.
- Positive, energetic and approachable personality.
- A passion for education, music or working with children would be an advantage.
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings according to academy operating hours.
