Background
Our client is seeking a team of passionate and dedicated English, Business or FinTech Tutors who are able to provide tutoring to Diploma/Tertiary level English, Business Studies or FinTech subjects.
This role involves implementing a Diploma/Tertiary level curriculum (syllabus and notes provided) in a classroom setting, aiming to inspire and support our students.

Location: Tanjong Pagar
Job Description:
- Deliver lessons aligned with client's teaching and curriculum standards to maintain consistency
- Develop teaching plan, materials, worksheets and mock exam papers
- Mark assignments promptly
- Monitor and provide detailed, constructive feedback to enhance student learning progress
- Student administration (attendance taking, student learning progress, prepare weekly report etc.)
- Conduct both online and onsite learning effectively to small group of students
- Assist Chinese students to understand topic by using mandarin to explain
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (IT or Business or English/Communications/Media etc.) from a local university or minimum final year Undergraduate in the above discipline.
- Previous teaching experience in tuition centers or schools or Minimum 1 year relevant tutoring experience required
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken, written in both English and Chinese required.
- Be willing to teach on weekday evenings (online) and weekends (face to face, CBD area) and teaching in small classroom set up (1 to 3 students)
- Dedication to education and a passion for making a positive impact on students lives.
Possible Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: anytime between 6 to 10pm (1 lesson, 2 hours)
Saturday and Sunday: anytime between 10 am - 7 pm (at least 2 lessons, 4 hours)
