Job Summary
Collaborate with senior leadership to monitor and review academic program development and delivery, oversee academic activities, and ensure compliance with education regulations to maintain high academic standards and enhance student learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Principal, CEO, and department managers to align academic strategies and operations
- Monitor and review academic programme development, planning, and delivery to ensure compliance with Academic and Examination Board policies
- Lead the review and management of Academic and Examination performance to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with the Private Education Act by working with management representatives and adhering to regulatory requirements
- Oversee module and programme delivery, class scheduling, and examination administration to maintain smooth academic operations
- Implement assessment strategies that promote holistic education experiences for students
- Develop and maintain a quality assurance and enhancement system to continuously elevate academic standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required master's degree preferred
- Experience in academic affairs, EDUTRUST, and educational management preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of education or teaching experience preferred
- Working knowledge of the Enhanced Registration Framework and Edutrust Certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
