Enrichkidz Academy is looking for a dynamic academic leader with a sharp commercial edge to lead our educational vision, drive student enrollments and spearhead the creation of high-quality learning materials.
As Academic Affairs Director, you will oversee academic excellence, sales growth and content innovation to position our academy as a leader in the private education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, enhance and deliver academic programmes aligned with MOE syllabus and international standards (IGCSE, GCE, IB, etc.).
- Oversee the development, writing and quality assurance of proprietary learning materials for classroom use and enrichment programmes.
- Lead, mentor and inspire a multicultural teaching team to deliver exceptional lessons using these materials.
- Engage actively with parents, schools and partners to promote our programmes and demonstrate our unique content offerings.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that drive enrollments, revenue growth and programme uptake.
- Analyse market trends to develop new courses, products and materials that meet emerging learning needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in the Humanities (minimum) from a top-tier university.
- 10+ years experience in teaching, academic leadership and curriculum development, preferably in the private education sector.
- Proven expertise in creating and editing educational content for primary and secondary students.
- Strong track record in both academic management and business development.
- Exceptional written English and the ability to develop engaging, effective and age-appropriate materials.
- Working proficiency in one European language (French/Spanish) and one Asian language (Indonesian/Thai/Vietnamese).
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance academic excellence and business objectives.
