Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate and engaging Part-Time Abacus Teacher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with children, believes in the value of enrichment education, and is excited to help grow our school community.

Responsibilities

Teaching & Classroom Engagement

. Conduct abacus and mental arithmetic classes for children aged 4-12

. Create a fun, structured, and supportive learning environment

. Track student progress and provide feedback to parents

School Promotion & Outreach

. Participate in road shows, school events, open houses, and trial classes

. Actively promote Shenmo programs to parents and the community

. Support enrollment efforts through word-of-mouth, social media, and referrals

Availability

. Must be available every Saturday

. Additional weekday hours may be offered during school holidays or promotional events

Requirements

. Prior experience teaching abacus or working with children preferred

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

. Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic about enrichment education

. Willingness to learn Shenmo's teaching methodology

. Singaporean or PR preferred
