Service & Sales Engineer
Location: Redhill
Reporting To: Local Division Director
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (in office), Friday (work from home), 8:30am - 5:15pm
Salary Range: $4,000 - $5,000 + Mobile Allowance $60 + Transport Allowance $800
Purpose of the Role
Provide technical service, maintenance and support for E-mobility systems across Southeast Asia, including on-site and in-house activities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and basic programming of E-mobility systems (QCC) on scheduled and ad-hoc basis.
Diagnose, repair and maintain systems and associated controllers.
Respond to service requests via phone or electronic communication channels.
Prepare and submit service reports and equipment performance records in internal systems.
Conduct system repair, upgrade and restart activities at customer sites.
Record all service activities in CRM system and complete required documentation.
Coordinate service schedules and activities with internal stakeholders.
Liaise with production units for warranty parts return and technical support.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure records are updated accurately in relevant systems.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of technical service experience.
Experience in electrical, electronic and mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
Able to travel within Southeast Asia (approximately 10% per month).
May be required to respond to service calls outside standard working hours when necessary.
