Quantity Surveyor (Landed house projects)
Salary: $3000 -$3800
5 days, 9.30am-6.30pm May be required to work Saturday depending on workload or by appointment

Job scope:
- Prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts for private landed projects.
- Handle all contractual matters in relation to cost and time with the clients, Architects, Engineers, Designers, Project coordinators and subcontractors.
- Valuing completed work and prepare claim settlement and notification correspondences to clients.
- Monitor projects including materials and subcontractor cost forecast are strictly adhered to the agreed budget.
- Call for supplier / subcontractor quotation and compare with tender details.
- Able to do Quotation/Bill of quantity with Just Architects drawing.
- Able to fill in the tender document.
- Other quantity surveying related duties for building projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying , and with 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in landed house projects
