About the Role
- Provide nursing care and clinical support to patients across hospital and non-hospital settings.
- Assist doctors with clinical procedures and patient management, including home visits where required.
- Monitor patients conditions, identify clinical risks, and escalate concerns in accordance with established protocols.
- Provide patient and caregiver education on care and follow-up.
- Support triage, clinical escalation, and coordination of care.
- Manage medications, equipment, supplies, and inventory in accordance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Perform patient registration and related administrative duties to support smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with organisational, clinical, and regulatory standards.
- Support deployment to other clinics or service locations based on operational needs.
What We Are Looking For
- Recognised Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Registered Nurse with the relevant practising certification.
- BCLS and AED certification.
- Able to work independently in both hospital and non-hospital settings.
- Able to provide safe and effective patient care within scope of practice.
- Good clinical judgement, communication, and teamwork skills.
