Product Advisor / Sales Promoter

Working Days: 6 days (Depends retail outlet, typically rest on Monday)
Working Timing: 44hours/ week (can choose working timing below)

• 10:00am to 6:20pm (1 hour lunch break)
• 11:00am to 7:20pm (1 hour lunch break)
• 12:00pm to 8:20pm (1 hour lunch break)
• 1:00pm to 9:20pm (1 hour lunch break)

Working Location: Across Singapore (Retail Outlet-Watson / Guardian etc, need to rotate within 3 outlets)
Starting Salary: 1,600 + $100 Attendance Allowance + $15 Phone Allowance+ Commission (Gross can up to 3K-4K)

Job Requirement

• Experience in customer service or sales related roles.
• Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach.
• Patient and comfortable dealing with complaints.
• Willing to be based in retail outlets.
• Willing work during Public Holiday & weekend.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Approach and persuade customers to buy products offered.
• Advice and provide information on products to customers.
• Responsible for arrangement and display of stocks according to popularity and request from the Sales / Marketing team.
• Provide information and other services such as handling returns of merchandise.
• Monitor shelves inventory and unload new products when needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store.
• Deal with complaints in a patient and helpful manner.
• To assist on other ad-hoc event as and when required.
• Training provided for company's products.
