Sales Manager / Business Development Manager (Medical)

Working Days: 5 days work week

Working Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Office Location: [Bright Hill MRT]

Salary: $4k - $7k (depends on experience)

The company is vibrant company specializing in sales, marketing and distribution of medical devices in region. We are partner of some best manufacturing in the world, thus representing and managing product distribution in healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop Sales & Marketing strategy.
• Manage and build key customers relationship by promoting full range of products and services.
• Manage pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Achieve sales target by building and establishing long term relationship with Key Opinion Leaders.
• Maintain high level of customer service directly and through distributorship.
• Monitor and improve sales team performance by closely work together with team members.
• Responsible for branding, market expansion, achieving sales targets and strategic sales planning.
• Responsible for planning and organizing of all the company related events including symposiums, training programme and seminar.
• Explore new products.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of the products and healthcare market
• Candidate with class 3 driving licence preferred
• Degree in medical related education will be added value.
• Sales experience in medical industry preferred
• Experience in Pain Management field
