Job Description

• Providing technical sales support for onsite sales trials and demonstrations
• Providing technical services and troubleshooting support to all enquiries/faults encountered by the customers
• Collaborating with various teams in troubleshooting and resolving issues for product on-site as well as those that are returned to the factory
• Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
• Evaluate, test, and deploy all software and hardware.
• Any other work assigned by leader

Requirements

• Diploma in electrical, electronic or mechanical fields of study or ITE in Computer Science
• Knowledge of hardware and software
• Prior experience in technical sales and/or technical sales (after-sales) support role will be an advantage
