7-11 Store Manager

Job Requirements:

• Positive team player with good interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate effectively in English to interact with customers and perform operational duties
• Must be at least 21 years old in accordance with regulations governing the sale of tobacco products

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee and manage daily retail store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets, service excellence, and operational compliance
• Plan staff scheduling and manpower allocation in coordination with the Area Manager to ensure adequate staffing levels
• Monitor inventory levels, analyze stock movement, and coordinate timely replenishment with suppliers
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports to support business decision-making
• Organize and coordinate merchandising, in-store displays, and promotional activities in line with company guidelines
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues in a professional and timely manner
• Oversee cash management processes, including daily reconciliation, banking of receipts, and submission of relevant reports to headquarters
